Graniset 1 Tablet is an antiemetic drug used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy, radiation therapy. It may also be used for the treatment and prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with surgeries. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients less than 2 years of age.
