Nimesulide  Tablet is a non-selective nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which is used as a second-line therapy to treat acute pain associated with osteoarthritis and menstruation. It is also used to treat mild to moderate pain caused due to sprains and strains of joints and muscles.
