Trimspa 200 Tablet is used to treat and relieve the symptoms such as abdominal pain and cramps associated with irritable bowel syndrome. It is also used in postoperative paralytic ileus (intestinal obstruction due to the weakness of the intestinal muscles) to stimulate the resumption of the intestinal transit following abdominal surgery. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients below 12 years of age.
