what are the adverse effects of Accupril tablet 20 mg 28’s?

Headache, dizziness, rhinitis, cough, upper respiratory tract infection, fatigue, nausea. Dyspepsia, myalgia, chest pain, abdominal pain. Angioedema (discontinue immediately). Hypotension, hyperkalaemia, paraesthesia, rhinitis, GI upset, insomnia, dyspnoea, back pain, asthaenia, pharyngitis, raised blood creatinine and urea. Reports of hepatic failure (discontinue), neutropenia, agranulocytosis.

What happens if I miss a dose of Accupril tablet 20 mg 28’s?

Adults: Initially 2.5 mg. Usual maintenance 10-20 mg daily in divided doses. Initiate therapy in hospital; reduce dose of diuretic before initiating therapy. Elderly: Initially 2.5 mg once daily. Children: Not recommended.
