Allergy
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to ADALAT RETARD 20mg Tablet 3x10s , any other medicines belonging to the dihydropyridines class of drugs, or any other inactive ingredients present along with the formulation.

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from a cardiogenic shock due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient’s condition.
