ALLDAY 300mg Tablet 1s is not recommended for use along with Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors or Angiotensin receptor blockers in patients with diabetes mellitus due to the increased risk of severe side effects. These side effects may include severe hypotension, increased potassium levels, and worsening of renal disorders.

Angioedema
ALLDAY 300mg Tablet 1s is not recommended for use in patients with a known history of angioedema associated with ALLDAY 300mg Tablet 1s or hereditary angioedema due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.

Breast-feeding
This medicine is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women unless absolutely necessary. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before taking this medicine. Hypotension
This medicine may cause hypotension in patients with volume and salt depletion. Regular monitoring of blood pressure and electrolytes levels is recommended during treatment with this medicine. Appropriate dose adjustments may be necessary based on the clinical condition.

Hyperkalemia
This medicine may significantly increase the potassium levels in the blood (hyperkalemia). This may cause serious adverse effects. Report any unusual symptoms to the doctor immediately.
