What happens if I miss a dose of Androcur tablet 50 mg 50’s?

Adults: To eliminate the effect of adrenocortical after orchiectomy: 2 tab once or twice daily. Without orchiectomy: 2 tab two to three times daily. Treatment should not be interrupted nor the dosage reduced after improvement or remissions have occurred.
To reduce the initial increase of testosterone in treatment with LHRH agonists: Initially 2 tab twice daily alone for 5-7 days, followed by 2 tab twice daily for 3-4 wk together with an LHRH agonist in the dosage recommended by the manufacturer.
To eliminate the effect of adrenocortical androgens in treatment with LHRH agonists: Continuation of the anti-androgen therapy with 2 tab once to twice daily.
Children: Not applicable.
