What is it prescribed for?

  • Herpes simplex keratitis

    This medicine is used for the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis also called as herpetic keratoconjunctivitis and herpesviral keratitis, eye infection in the cornea caused by the herpes simplex virus. The ophthalmic ointment form of this medicine is used to treat the lesions due to simplex keratitis epithelial infection.
