    What is it prescribed for?

    • Acute spasm of gastrointestinal and genito-urinary tract

      This medicine is used to relieve cramps associated with the stomach and intestines (gastrointestinal tract) and the genito-urinary tract.

    • Endoscopy or Radiology premedication

      This medicine is given prior to certain specific diagnostic and radiologic procedures to prevent spasm of the gastrointestinal tract.

    • Irritable bowel syndrome

      This medicine is used alone or in a combination with other medicines to relieve symptoms such as abdominal cramps, stomach pain, diarrhea, indigestion, etc. associated with irritable bowel syndrome.
