• Acute narrow-angle glaucoma

  This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from narrow-angle glaucoma since it may worsen the patient's condition.

• Mechanical bowel obstruction

  This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from a mechanical obstruction of the gastrointestinal tract due to the increased risk of serious adverse effects.

• Megacolon

  This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from a megacolon due to the increased risk of serious adverse effects.

• Paralytic or obstructive ileus

  This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from a paralytic or obstructive ileus due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.

• Pregnancy

• Breast-feeding

• Anticoagulant therapy

  This medicine should not be given via the intramuscular route in patients being treated with anticoagulant drugs (blood thinners) due to the increased risk of intramuscular hematoma. In these patients, the subcutaneous or intravenous routes may be preferred.

• Driving or operating machines

  Use of this medicine may cause symptoms such as dizziness, drowsiness, blurred vision, etc. in some patients. It is advised that you do not perform any activities such as driving a vehicle or operating machinery if you experience any of these symptoms during treatment with this medicine.

• Prostatic enlargement

  This medicine should be used with caution in patients suffering from an enlarged prostate due to the increased risk of serious adverse effects. Report any unusual symptoms or worsening of condition to the doctor immediately. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be necessary based on the clinical condition of the patient.

• Fructose intolerance

  Some oral formulations of this medicine may contain sucrose. Patients with rare hereditary problems such as fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, sucrase-isomaltase insufficiency, etc. should not use such formulations of the medicine.
