Dosage

what are the adverse effects of C-spor 0.05% Eye Drops 10 ml?

Abnormal vision, cataract, conjunctivitis, eye pain, visual disturbance. Hyperlipidaemia, hyperuricaemia, hyperkalaemia, hypomagnesaemia, tremor, headache, paraesthesia, hypertension (discontinue if cannot control), GI upset, anorexia, abdominal pain, gingival hypertrophy, hepatic and renal dysfunction, hypertrichosis, muscle cramps, myalgia, fatigue, anaemia, thrombocytopenia, signs of encephalopathy, rash, oedema, weight gain, malignancies, Iymphoproliferative disorders, infections. Rarely, micro-angiopathic haemolytic anaemia or haemolytic uraemic syndrome, menstrual disturbances, gynaecomastia, hyperglycaemia, motor polyneuropathy, pancreatitis, muscle weakness, myopathy, optic disc oedema. Risk of benign intracranial hypertension; investigate patients presenting with signs of raised intracranial pressure, withdraw cyclosporin if diagnosed.

What happens if I miss a dose of C-spor 0.05% Eye Drops 10 ml?

Keratoconjunctivitis sicca: Children =16 yr and Adults: Instill 1 drop in each eye every 12 hr.
