How to use Ceregin Soln 15 mL

Doses of 300 mcg can be given IM, SC or by IV infusion.

what are the adverse effects of Ceregin Soln 15 mL?

Gl upset, flushes, rash, nasal congestion, cramps, headache, dizziness.

What happens if I miss a dose of Ceregin Soln 15 mL?

Adults: ORAL: 1 tab (1.5 mg) or 30 drops 2 to 3 times daily preferably before meals or 2 to 3 tab or 60-90 drops or 1 tab of 4.5 mg once daily before breakfast for 3 mth or more. Children: Not recommended.
Adults: INJECTION: In dizziness, tinnitus and vertigo: The therapy should preferably be started with 1 amp (1 mL) twice daily intramuscularly for one wk, followed by therapy with tab.
In acute cerebrovascular disorders and cerebrovascular accident (stroke): Should be administered according to the following schedule: Day 1 to day 3, 9-10 mL in 1000 mL of physiological saline given as an IV drip, every 24 hr. Day 4 to day 10, 3 mL IM every 12 hr. Followed by oral therapy with tab/soln.
Children: Not recommended.
