• Allergy

  Some patients may have severe allergic reactions to CHILPOL 100mg|ml Drops . However, seek immediate medical attention if you notice any symptoms of serious allergic reactions such as skin rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, breathing difficulties, etc. Avoid using this medicine in children who are previously allergic to it.

• Severe liver impairment

  Patients with liver diseases need special consideration while using CHILPOL 100mg|ml Drops . This medicine gets converted to its active form in the liver. Therefore, large amounts of this medicine, more active forms are formed which can damage the liver. The use of this medicine is generally not recommended in patients with severe liver diseases because it can further increase the risk of liver damage.

• Pregnancy

  Since this medicine is usually administered to children, pregnancy warnings do not apply.

• Breast-feeding

  Since this medicine is usually administered to children, breastfeeding warnings do not apply.

• Overdose and/or excessive use

  This medicine poisoning is caused by the excessive use of CHILPOL 100mg|ml Drops accidentally or intentionally, resulting in liver damage. Use this medicine as advised by the doctor/pharmacist. Seek emergency medical attention if an overdose is suspected.

• Chronic malnutrition

  Malnutrition and fasting can increase the risk of CHILPOL 100mg|ml Drops toxicity. Dose adjustment should be done based on body weight.

This medicine for baby should only be used upon a doctor's recommendation. Administer CHILPOL 100mg|ml Drops as advised by the doctor. Never use more than the prescribed dose.
