How to use Chlorpheniramine tablet 4 mg 1000’s

Chlorpheniramine 10 mg/mL may be administered by SC, IM, or IV injection slowly over a period of one min.
Stability: Stored below 25 degree centigrade and protected from light.

ORAL: Adults & Children: gt;12 yr: 4 mg every 4-6 hr or 8 mg every 8-12 hr or 12 mg every 12 hr; max: 24 mg/day. 6-11 yr: 2 mg every 4-6 hr; max: 12 mg/day.
INJECTION: The dose repeated if required up to max 4 doses in 24 hr. By IM/IV inj over 1 min: Adults: 10 mg. Children: Under 6 mth, 250 mcg/kg; 6 mth-6 yr, 2.5 mg; 6-12 yr, 5 mg.
