Dizziness, fatigue, headache, flushing, musculoskeletal trauma, nausea/vomiting, abnormal urination, GI upset, increased BUN, creatinine and creatine kinase, photosensitivity (discontinue), acute angle-closure glaucoma (discontinue).

Adults: 1 tab daily. Max daily dose: 300 mg irbesartan & 25 mg hydrochlorothiazide. Children: Not recommended.
