What happens if I miss a dose of Contrathion Injection 10 Amp?

Organophosphate poisoning: Adults: 1-2 gm IM/IV, max dose: 12 gm/24 hr + atropine 2 mg SC/IM repeated at intervals of 5-60 min. Children: 20-60 mg/kg. Anticholinesterase overdosage 1-2 gm IV followed by increments of 250 mg every 5 min.
