• Allergy

  This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to COXALOL 50mg Tablet 28s or any other medicines belonging to the class of Beta-Blockers.

• Cardiogenic shock

  This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known history of Cardiogenic shock.

• Heart block greater than first degree

  This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a heart block greater than first degree.

• Sinus Bradycardia

  This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with Sinus bradycardia since it may worsen the patient's condition.

• Uncompensated cardiac failure

  This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with Uncompensated cardiac failure.

• Severe pulmonary edema

  This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with severe pulmonary edema.

• Pregnancy

  This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant women unless absolutely necessary. Discuss all the risks and benefits with your doctor before taking this medicine. Your doctor may prescribe a safer alternative based on your clinical condition.

• Breast-feeding

  This medicine is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women unless absolutely necessary. Discuss all the risks and benefits with your doctor before taking this medicine. Your doctor may prescribe a safer alternative based on your clinical condition.

• Cardiac Failure

  This medicine can cause heart failure and reduced blood flow in patients having a heart disease. Close monitoring of heart function is recommended for such patients. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required based on the clinical condition.

• Major surgery

  This medicine should be used with caution in patients who are scheduled to undergo a major surgery. An anesthetic agent with little negative inotropic activity should be selected to minimize the effect on the heart.

• Lung Diseases

  This medicine should be used with caution in patients with lung diseases who do not respond to other antihypertensive medications. Start with the lowest possible dose and increase the dose based on the clinical condition. Replacement with a suitable alternative may be required in some cases.

• Hyperlipidemia
