How to use Davira Depot Injection 150 mg 1 Vial

Administer IM only. Shake container vigorously for at least 1 min before giving injection. Inject slowly, over 5-7 sec, into deltoid muscle. Do not inject into gluteal muscle. Pat site lightly after injection. Do not rub it.
Stability: Store at 20°C-25°C (68°F-77°F).

What happens if I miss a dose of Davira Depot Injection 150 mg 1 Vial?

Endometriosis: Adults: 50 mg IM each wk or 100 mg IM every 2 wk for 6 mth or longer. Children: Not applicable.
Contraception: Adults: 150 mg by deep IM inj during first 5 days of cycle or in first 5 wk post partum. Repeat at 3 mth intervals. Children: Not applicable.
