what are the adverse effects of Deca-Durabolin Injection 25 mg 1 Ampx1 mL?
High dosages, prolonged treatment and/or too frequent administration may cause virilization in sensitive women, amenorrhoea. Inhibition of spermatogenesis, premature epiphyseal closure and water salt retention in men.
What happens if I miss a dose of Deca-Durabolin Injection 25 mg 1 Ampx1 mL?
Adults: 25-50 mg every 3 wk.
Anaemia of chronic renal failure: Male: 200 mg every wk. Female: 100 mg every wk.
Aplastic anaemia: 50-150 mg every wk.
Anaemia due to cytotoxic therapy: 200 mg every wk starting 2 wk prior to the course of cytotoxic therapy, this treatment should be continued throughout the cytotoxic therapy and thereafter during the recovery period until the blood count has returned to normal.
