GI upset, anorexia, fatigue, dizziness, headache, somnolence, weight loss, fall, confusion, injury, insomnia, rhinitis, UTI.
What happens if I miss a dose of Dementio tablet ER 12 mg 30’s?
Adults: Initially 4 mg twice daily or 8 mg once daily in the morning, preferably with food, for 4 wk. Then 8 mg twice daily or 16 mg once daily for at least 4 wk, increasing to maintenance 12 mg twice daily or 24 mg once daily depending on benefit and tolerance. Reduce dose to 8 mg twice daily or 16 mg once daily if not showing an increased response or not tolerating 12 mg twice daily or 24 mg once daily. Assess response within 3 mth and only continue if positive evidence of benefit and tolerance. Children: Not recommended.
