• Severe kidney impairment

  This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with severe kidney disease, (including dialysis) due to the increased risk of worsening the patient's condition.

• Pregnancy

  This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant women unless necessary. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before taking this medicine.

• Breast-feeding

  This medicine is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women. Your doctor may prescribe an alternative medicine based on your clinical condition.

• Cholelithiasis

  This medicine should be used with caution due to the increased risk of gallbladder stones. This risk is especially higher in patients with a history of liver or gallbladder diseases. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be necessary based on the clinical condition of the patient.

• Hematologic Changes

  This medicine should be used with caution due to the risk of a decrease in the hemoglobin, hematocrit, and white blood cell count. Close monitoring of complete blood count is recommended in patients receiving this medicine.

• Increase in serum creatinine levels

  Close monitoring of renal function is recommended in patients receiving this medicine due to the increased risk of elevated serum creatinine levels.

• Concomitant oral Anticoagulants

  This medicine should be used with caution along with anticoagulants due to the risk of excessive bleeding. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be necessary based on the clinical condition of the patient.

• Rhabdomyolysis

  This medicine may cause a fatal condition called rhabdomyolysis where the muscles in the body are damaged and which may ultimately result in kidney damage. Close monitoring of kidney function is necessary during treatment with this medicine.

Take this medicine exactly as instructed by the doctor. Do not take larger amounts than prescribed. Seek emergency medical treatment in case of any side effects. Ensure that the course of treatment is completed. Do not stop the use of this medicine without consulting your doctor.
