What happens if I miss a dose of Fasigyn tablet 500 mg 40’s?

Adults: Anti infective: Giardiasis: 2 gm single dose.
Amoebiasis: Intestinal: 2 gm daily for 3 days.
Amoebic Liver Abscess: 2 gm daily for 3-5 days.
Gynaecology: Trichomoniasis: 2 gm single dose with food. Treat sexual partner with same dose.
Children: Intestinal amoebiasis: 1 mth-12 yr, 50-60 mg/kg, max 2 gm, once daily for 3 days; 12-18 yr, 2 gm once daily for 2-3 days.
Amoebic involvement of liver: 1 mth-12 yr, 50-60 mg/kg, max 2 gm, once daily for 5 days; 12-18 yr, 1.5-2 gm once daily for 3-6 days.
Urogenital trichomoniasis and giardiasis: 1 mth-12 yr, single dose of 50-75 mg/kg, max 2 gm, repeated once if necessary; 12-18 yr, single dose of 2 gm, repeated once if necessary.
