Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome
FLUPHEN 25mg|ml Injection 1ml should be discontinued immediately if the patient develops neuroleptic malignant syndrome which is characterized by an increase in the body temperature, muscle rigidity, altered consciousness, and cardiac arrhythmias.

Tardive dyskinesia
FLUPHEN 25mg|ml Injection 1ml may cause involuntary movements of the tongue, lips, and face. Inform the doctor immediately if you experience any of these symptoms. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required based on the clinical condition.
