Allergy
Avoid if you have a known allergy to GENTABACT 0.3%v|v E and E Drops 7.5ml or any other aminoglycosides.
Warnings

Pregnancy
This medicine is not recommended for pregnant women.

Breast-feeding
Small amounts of this medicine is excreted in the human breast milk. Discuss with the doctor about benefits and risks. Monitoring of undesired effects like diarrhea, candidiasis is necessary.

Hearing loss
This medicine is not recommended in the patients with existing kidney injury or hearing problem it may increase the risk of deafness.

Impaired kidney function
This medicine may increase the risk of kidney injury especially when high doses are used or when the treatment prolongs for a longer time. Suitable dose adjustments are to be made based on the CrCl.

Neuromuscular disorders
This medicine is not recommended in the patients with existing neuromuscular diseases like Parkinson's disease.

Drug-resistance
Usage of {GENTABACT 0.3%v|v E and E Drops 7.5ml }} without sufficient proof or suspicion of a bacterial infection should be avoided. Irrational dosing might fail in providing the benefits and even cause toxicity. It may also increase the risk of development of bacteria that is drug resistant.
