Harricam tablet 20 mg 2×10’s is used to relieve symptoms of pain and inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis patients.

Harricam tablet 20 mg 2×10’s is used to relieve symptoms of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis patients.
When not to use?

Allergy
Harricam tablet 20 mg 2×10’s is not recommended if you have a known history of allergy to Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

Asthma
Harricam tablet 20 mg 2×10’s is not recommended in patients with known history of Asthma.

Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery (CABG)
Harricam tablet 20 mg 2×10’s is not recommended in patients undergone heart surgery.

Effect on heart
Harricam tablet 20 mg 2×10’s can have adverse effects on heart especially after a prolonged duration of use. It could increase the risk of diseases like stroke and heart attack which may be fatal.

Gastro-intestinal bleeding
Harricam tablet 20 mg 2×10’s can cause severe bleeding and perforation after prolonged usage. These adverse events may occur with or without warning symptoms. The elderly people are at greater risk to this and require the suitable adjustment in dosage.

Impaired kidney function
Harricam tablet 20 mg 2×10’s may increase the risk of kidney dysfunction if taken for a long duration of time. Any symptoms like the change in urine frequency, swelling of limbs should be reported to the doctor.

Skin reactions

General Instructions
Harricam tablet 20 mg 2×10’sshould be taken following all labeled instructions. The duration and amount of medicine consumed should be as prescribed by the doctor. It is not recommended in patients with any bleeding disorder. Drink adequate amount of water to minimize the irritation in the stomach.

What happens if I miss a dose of Harricam tablet 20 mg 2×10’s?
Adults: 20 mg daily as a single dose, can be increased to 40 mg daily. Elderly, Patients can be given 10 mg (half tab). Children: Not recommended.
