    • Heart Failure

    • Major surgery

      Hart tablet 6.25 mg 30’s is given with caution in the patients who are scheduled for a major surgery. An anesthetic agent with little negative inotropic activity should be selected to minimize the effect on the heart.

    • Lung Disease

      Hart tablet 6.25 mg 30’s should be used with caution in the patients with lung disease who do not respond to other antihypertensives. Start with the lowest possible dose and increase the dose based on the clinical condition.

    • Diabetes

    How to use Hart tablet 6.25 mg 30’s

    UNLICENSED USE
    Children: Adjunct in heart failure: 2-18 yr initially 50 mcg/kg (max 3.125 mg) twice daily, double dose at intervals of at least 2 wk up to 350 mcg/kg (max 25 mg) twice daily.

    Postural hypotension, bradycardia, dizziness, headache, fatigue, Gi upset. Reduced peripheral circulation, dry eyes, angina, A-V block, intermittent claudication, skin reaction, hypotension, oedema, headache, visual disturbances, wt gain, asthaenia, fatigue, asthma, dyspnoea, hypercholesterolaemia.

    What happens if I miss a dose of Hart tablet 6.25 mg 30’s?

    Adults: Initially, 12.5 mg once daily for two days, then 25 mg once daily. If necessary, titrate at two wk intervals to max 50 mg once daily or in divided doses. Children: Not recommended.
