what are the adverse effects of Hyperrho Injection 300 mcg 1 Vial?
Nausea, diarrhoea, chills, fever, headache, dizziness, arthralgia, myalgia, muscle spasms, low back pain, allergic reactions, injection site reactions, anaphylactic reactions, thromboembolic events. Hypotension, aseptic meningitis, acute renal failure. Rarely sometimes fatal cases of intravascular haemolysis.
What happens if I miss a dose of Hyperrho Injection 300 mcg 1 Vial?
Adults: Inject 1 vial IM into post-partum mother within 72 hr of full term delivery of an Rho (D) positive infant. Incidence can be further reduced by giving two doses, one at 28 wk gestation, one following delivery.
