• Fluoride toxicity

  Continuous intake of ISCORT 2% Ointment 5g may lead to fluoride toxicity, especially in children. ISCORT 2% Ointment 5g is not recommended for use if the fluoride content of drinking water is ≥ 0.7 ppm.

• Kidney disease

  This medicine should be used with caution in patients with kidney diseases due to the increased risk of severe adverse effects. Regular monitoring of kidney function tests is necessary while receiving this medicine. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required in some cases based on the clinical condition.

• Discoloration of teeth

  Use of ISCORT 2% Ointment 5g may cause discoloration of teeth.

• Other uses

  Your doctor may prescribe ISCORT 2% Ointment 5g for indications other than those stated above in certain specific circumstances. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor in such cases.

Tablet: Follow all the instructions given by your doctor and take ISCORT 2% Ointment 5g exactly as advised. Do not administer in larger or smaller amounts than prescribed. Seek emergency medical treatment in case of any severe side effects. Ensure that the course of treatment is completed. Do not stop the use of this medicine without consulting your doctor. Toothpaste/Mouth wash/Mouth paint: Follow all the usage instructions mentioned on the label or the package insert. Do not apply in larger or smaller quantities than recommended. Consult the doctor if you experience any undesirable side effects. Do not stop using this medicine without consulting the doctor.
