What happens if I miss a dose of Ketoflex tablet Retard 200 mg 2×10’s?

ORAL: Adults: 200 mg daily either divided in two doses or as a single dose. Children: Not recommended.
INJECTION: Adults: 50-100 mg by deep IM every 4 hr. Max: 200 mg daily for 3 days. Children: Not recommended.
ADHESIVE PATCH: Adults: One patch applied 12 hourly at the site of pain. Children: Not recommended.
