what are the adverse effects of Loftyl tablet 300 mg 5×10’s?
Gastrointestinal disturbances, headache, vertigo, syncope, rash, pruritus and paraesthesia. Overdosage may produce severe hypotension, tachycardia and convulsions.
What happens if I miss a dose of Loftyl tablet 300 mg 5×10’s?
INJECTION: Adults: IV 50-400 mg/day in divided doses at regular intervals or as slow infusion in 500 mL of isotonic glucose/saline soln. IM 50 mg 1 to 3 times a day for up to 14 days.
ORAL: Adults: 450-600 mg daily in divided doses.
Children: Not recommended.
