Lower Respiratory Infection: Adults: gt;18 yr: 400 mg once daily x 10 days.
Urinary Tract Infection: Adults: gt;18 yr: Complicated UTI: 400 mg once daily for 14 days. Uncomplicated Cystitis: 400 mg once daily for 3 days (E. coli) or 10 days (K. pneumoniae, P. mirabilis, or S. saprophyticus).
Children: Not recommended.
