IM: Warm injection to room temperature and shaking vial will help redissolve crystals that have formed after storage. Administer by deep IM injection into the upper outer quadrant of the gluteus maximus.
Stability: Store at room temperature.

Adults: Hypogonadism: 250 mg IM every 2-3 wk. To maintain an adequate androgenic effect 250 mg IM every 3-4 wk. Infertility: 50 mg IM every 2 wk for 90 days. Potency disorder: 100 mg IM once a wk. Continue treatment with 100 mg IM. Then 50 mg IM every 2-4 wk. Male climacteric: 50-100 mg IM every 2-3 wk. Repeat 6-8 wk courses at 4 wk intervals are recommended.
Children: Not recommended.
