What is it prescribed for?

  • Toxoplasmosis

    This medicine in combination with a sulfonamide is used to treat toxoplasmosis which is characterized by symptoms like muscle pain, fever, and headache. This medicine is also used as a prophylactic treatment for toxoplasmosis.

  • Pneumocystis Pneumonia Prophylaxis

    This medicine in combination with dapsone is used in prophylaxis treatment for pneumocystis pneumonia.

  • Malaria prophylaxis

    This medicine is used to prevent malaria

Dosage

  • Missed Dose
