What happens if I miss a dose of Mycef suspension 100 mg 30 mL?

Adults: 200-400 mg in two divided doses. Children: 6-12 mg/kg/day in two divided doses.
Lower Respiratory Infection: Adults & Children: gt;12 yr or gt;50 kg: 400 mg once daily or 200 mg every 12 hr. lt;50 kg or gt;6 mth: 8 mg/kg once daily or 4 mg/kg every 12 hr.
Otitis Media: Adults & Children: gt;12 yr or gt;50 kg: 400 mg once daily or 200 mg every 12 hr. lt;50 kg or gt;6 mth: 8 mg/kg once daily or 4 mg/kg every 12 hr.
Upper Respiratory Infection: Adults & Children: gt;12 yr or gt;50 kg: 400 mg once daily or 200 mg every 12 hr. lt;50 kg or gt;6 mth: 8 mg/kg once daily or 4 mg/kg every 12 hr.
