This medicine is used for the treatment of heavy bleeding that occurs during menstrual cycles.

Hereditary angioedema
This medicine is also sometimes used for the prevention of episodes of edema in patients suffering from this rare genetic disorder.

Short-term management of hemorrhage
This medicine is used for short term management of internal bleeding in patients who have hemophilia (a condition where the blood does not clot properly).

Epistaxis
This medicine may be used to stop or reduce the bleeding associated with epistaxis (nose bleeds).

Allergy
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to MYROTRATE 250mg|5ml Injection 5mlx10s acid or any other inactive ingredients present in the formulation.

Obstructive blood clotting disorder
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients having clotting disorders of the heart and blood vessels. The clots may also move from the place of origin and lodge in other locations. It is not recommended for people having the disease in the past or who are at risk of getting it in the future.

Subarachnoid hemorrhage
This medicine is not recommended for use in people who have hemorrhage in the area between the brain and its outer covering.

Acquired defective color vision
This medicine is not recommended for use in people having a defective color vision as it could make toxicity determination very difficult.

Use of hormonal contraceptives
This medicine is not recommended for use in women who are using hormonal contraceptives (pills, patches, vaginal rings, or injections) as the risk of adverse effects are significantly high.

Clotting disorders
This medicine is not recommended for use if you have a history of clotting disorders or have an active disorder. Patients who are exposed to risk factors and are likely to develop these disorders should not be given this medicine.

Eye disorders
This medicine is not recommended for use if you have a history of any disease where the blood vessels of the eye are obstructed due to clot formation.
