Gastro-intestinal disturbances (including diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, flatulence), anorexia, hepatic dysfunction, pancreatitis; blood disorders including anaemia, neutropenia and thrombocytopenia, sleep disturbances, fatigue, headache, dizziness, paraesthesia, myalgia, myositis, rhabdomyolysis; taste disturbances; rash, pruritus, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, hypersensitivity reactions including anaphylaxis; lipodystrophy syndrome and osteonecrosis.

What happens if I miss a dose of Nelvir tablet 250 mg 100’s?

Adults: 1.25 gm twice daily or 750 mg 3 times daily. Children: 3-13 yr, initially 50-55 mg/kg twice daily (max 1.25 gm twice daily) or 25-30 mg/kg 3 times daily (max 750 mg 3 times daily).
