    • Bleeding

      This medicine should be used with caution due to the increased risk of bleeding from the eyes. This risk is especially higher in patients suffering from any bleeding disorders. Close monitoring of clinical condition, appropriate dose adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required in some cases based on the clinical condition of the patient.

    • Corneal damage and Keratits

      This medicine should be used with caution due to the increased risk of corneal damage or keratitis. This risk is especially higher if the medicine is used for longer durations and in higher doses than recommended. Report any unusual symptoms to the doctor immediately. Close monitoring of clinical condition, appropriate dose adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required in some cases based on the clinical condition of the patient.

    • Contact lens

      Your doctor may ask you to stop the usage of contact lenses for up to a few days prior to the surgery and for up to a few days to a few months post-surgery depending on the type of eye surgery performed. If you are able to use contact lenses post-surgery, they should be removed prior to the administration of the eye drops.     • Contraception

      Women of childbearing potential are advised to use an effective form of contraception during treatment with this medicine.

    Dosage

    • Missed Dose

      Administer the missed dose as soon as you remember. It is advisable to skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not instill a double dose to make up for the missed one.
