Take Neurogabin-M capsule 400 mg 10’s as instructed by your doctor. Do not take in larger amounts than prescribed due to the risk of sedation. Take this medicine at the same time every day. Do not stop taking without consulting your doctor as it may cause withdrawal symptoms.

what are the adverse effects of Neurogabin-M capsule 400 mg 10’s?
Somnolence, dizziness, ataxia, fatigue, tremor, nystagmus, diplopia, rash, amblyopia, dysarthria, amnesia, asthenia, paraesthesia, arthralgia, purpura, leucopenia, anxiety, weight increase, UTI, pharyngitis. Diarrhoea, dry mouth, peripheral oedema, abnormal gait, abnormal thoughts, accidental injury, back pain, constipation, flatulence, nausea, confusion, hypoesthesia, vertigo, dyspnoea.
What happens if I miss a dose of Neurogabin-M capsule 400 mg 10’s?
Adults: Seizures: Initially 300 mg once daily on day 1, then 300 mg twice daily on day 2, 300 mg three times daily on day 3. Then increase in 300 mg increments daily in three equally divided doses; max 800 mg three times daily.
Neuropathic pain: Initially 300 mg once daily on day 1, then 300 mg twice daily on day 2, then 300 mg three times daily on day 3. Then increase in 300 mg increments daily; max 600 mg three times daily.
Children: Not recommended for children under 6 yr; not recommended at doses over 50 mg/kg daily in children under 12 yr.
Adjunctive treatment of focal seizures with or without secondary generalization: 2-6 yr, 10 mg/kg once daily on day 1, then 10 mg/kg twice daily on day 2, then 10 mg/kg 3 times daily on day 3, increased according to response to usual dose of 30-70 mg/kg daily in 3 divided doses; 6-12 yr, 10 mg/kg (max 300 mg) once daily on day 1, then 10 mg/kg (max 300 mg) twice daily on day 2, then 10 mg/kg (max 300 mg) 3 times daily on day 3; usual dose 25-35 mg/kg daily in 3 divided doses; max 70 mg/kg/day in 3 divided doses; 12-18 yr, 300 mg once daily on day 1, then 300 mg twice daily on day 2, then 300 mg 3 times daily on day 3 or initially 300 mg 3 times daily on day 1; then increased according to response in steps of 300 mg (in 3 divided doses) every 2-3 days; usual dose 0.9-3.6 gm daily in 3 divided doses (max 1.6 gm 3 times daily).
Monotherapy for focal seizures with or without secondary generalization: 12-18 yr, 300 mg once daily on day 1, then 300 mg twice daily on day 2, then 300 mg 3 times daily on day 3 or initially 300 mg 3 times daily on day 1; then increased according to response in steps of 300 mg (in 3 divided doses) every 2-3 days; usual dose 0.9-3.6 gm daily in 3 divided doses (max 1.6 gm 3 times daily).
