Because of bleeding tendency, careful observation is needed. Stop the administration once such abnormal symptom appears. Occasional increase of GOT, GPT, BUN. Digestive system: Occasional nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, anorexia, abdominal distension. Occasional urticaria, skin rash, etc., stop the administration once such effects spotted. Occasional supraventricular arrhythmia and hypotension, once such symptom appears, decrease the amount or stop the administration. Occasional headache, fever, pain at the injection site, shock or thrombocytopenia. Severe adverse effects can be haemorrhagic cerebral infarction, extradural haemorrhage, encephalic haemorrhage, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, subcutaneous haemorrhage.
What happens if I miss a dose of Ozac Injection 40 mg 1 Vial?
Adults: 80 mg, twice a day, solute in 500 mL normal saline or 5% glucose solution, IV infusion, treatment duration is 2 wk. Children: Not recommended.
