How it works
Paraheim+ tablet 500’s works by inhibiting only COX enzyme activity, caffeine also inhibited COX-2 protein synthesis. These results are compatible with the view that the clinical activity of this drug is due to inhibition of COX.

what are the adverse effects of Paraheim+ tablet 500’s?
Cyanosis, skin eruptions, hypoglycaemia, CNS stimulations. Inj: Hypotension, flushing and tachycardia.
What happens if I miss a dose of Paraheim+ tablet 500’s?
Adults: 2 tab up to 4 times daily, should not be repeated more frequently than 4 hr. Max 8 tab daily. Children: Not recommended.
