what are the adverse effects of Parlodel tablet 2.5 mg 3×10’s?

Nausea, postural hypotension, dizziness, headache, vomiting, constipation, digital vasospasm, drowsiness, confusion, psychomotor excitation, hallucinations, dyskinesia, dry mouth, leg cramp. Retro-peritoneal fibrosis on long term therapy (discontinue if occurs).

What happens if I miss a dose of Parlodel tablet 2.5 mg 3×10’s?

Parkinsonism: Adults: Week 1:1 mg-1.25 mg at bed time. Week 2: 2 mg-2.5 mg at bed time. Week 3: 2.5 mg twice daily. Week 4: 2.5 mg 3 times daily increased further at 3 to 14 day intervals in increments of 2.5 mg to 10-40 mg daily in three divided doses. All doses should be taken during meals. Children: Not recommended.
Endocrine based infertility: Adults: Initially 1 mg-1.25 mg at bed time. Titrate gradually at 2 to 3 days intervals to 7.5 mg daily in divided doses with meals; max 30 mg daily. Children: Not applicable.
Prevention of lactation: Adults: Initially 2.5 mg on day of delivery, then 2.5 mg twice daily with meals for 14 days. Children: Not applicable.
Suppression of lactation: Adults: Initially 2.5 mg on the first day increasing after two to three days to 2.5 mg twice daily with meals for 14 days. Children: Not applicable.
Hyperprolactinaemia: Adults: Initially 1 mg-1.25 mg at night. Titrate gradually at 2 to 3 days intervals to 7.5 mg daily in divided doses with meals; max 30 mg daily. Children: Not applicable.
Benign breast disease, mastalgia: Adults: Initially 1 mg-1.25 mg at night. Titrate gradually to 2.5 mg twice daily with meals. Children: Not applicable.
