Blood cell count
This medicine may lower the blood cell count and may lead to a condition severe bone marrow suppression. Close monitoring of blood cell count is necessary. Any signs of decreased WBC and platelets should be informed to the doctor.

Serious infections
The chances of occurring infections are more in the patients receiving this medicine. Hold the treatment and start with the broad-spectrum antibiotics if there are any signs and symptoms of fever. Close monitoring of the body temperature and the blood cell count is necessary.

Liver impairment
This medicine is not recommended in the patients with the liver impairment. The concentration of this medicine may increase in these patients. The baseline of the liver function tests should be obtained before starting the treatment.

What happens if I miss a dose of Pharmazorine tablet 50 mg 10×10’s?
Adults: Transplantation, initially 5 mg/kg, then 1-4 mg/kg daily in divided doses for 3 mth. Chronic active hepatitis, 1-1.5 mg/kg daily. Other indications, 2-2.5 mg/kg daily. Children: Same as adults.
