Close monitoring of heart function is recommended for such patients. Replacement with a suitable alternative should be done based on the clinical condition.

what are the adverse effects of Pletaal tablet 50 mg 10×10’s?
Headache, diarrhoea, abnormal stools, ecchymosis, oedema, dizziness, palpitation, tachycardia, angina, arrhythmia, ventricular extrasystole, rhinitis, GI upset, anorexia, pharyngitis, rash, pruritus, chest pain, asthaenia. Reports of blood dyscrasias.
What happens if I miss a dose of Pletaal tablet 50 mg 10×10’s?
Adults: 100 mg twice daily 30 min before or 2 hr after breakfast and evening meal. Dose 50 mg twice daily are used with certain drugs. Children: Not recommended.
