Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis: Adults: 200-500 mcg by IV infusion at 2 to 19 mcg per min.
Assessment of thyroid function and thyroid stimulating hormone reserve: Adults: IV inj 200 mcg. Children: 1 mcg/kg.
