Nausea, vomiting, weight gain, breast tenderness & enlargement, withdrawal bleeding, sodium retention with oedema, liver function disorders, jaundice, rashes, chloasma, headache. Endometrial carcinoma in post menopausal women.
What happens if I miss a dose of Progynova tablet 2 mg 21’s?
Adults: Climacteric syndrome: 1 mg or 2 mg daily. For maintenance, use lowest effective dose. Prophylaxis of osteoporosis: 2 mg daily. In women with an intact uterus add a progestogen for 12 days of each cycle. Children: Not applicable.
