This medicine is not recommended for use in patients who have taken monoamine oxidase inhibitors within the last 14 days due to the increased risk of serious adverse effects.

Suicidal thoughts
Use with caution in patients with major depressive disorder due to the increased risk of suicidal thoughts. Close monitoring of the patients for any change in behavior or mood is recommended. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be necessary based on the clinical condition.

Abnormal bleeding
Use with caution in the patients who are on NSAIDs, aspirin, or warfarin due to an increase in the risk of excessive bleeding. Report any unusual bleeding or bruising to the doctor immediately.
