What happens if I miss a dose of Purinetone tablet 50 mg 50’s?

Adults & Children: Induction: Initial: 2.5 mg/kg/day. Calculate to nearest multiple of 25 mg. Titrate: May increase to 5 mg/kg/day after 4 wk if needed. Maintenance: 1.5-2.5 mg/kg/day. Dose paeds in pm.
