Hepatitis which can be minimized by dosage adjustment. Hepatic reactions, active gout, sideroblastic anaemia, arthralgia, hyperuricaemia, anorexia, GI upset, flushing, dysuria, malaise, fever, rash, aggravation of peptic ulcer, wt loss, photosensitivity.

Adults & Children: 15-30 mg/kg daily in divided doses; max 2 gm daily.
