Hypertension
This medicine is used either alone or in combination with other medicines to reduce high blood pressure caused by genetic and/or environmental factors.

Allergy
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to Rasilez tablet 300 mg 7’s or any other components present along with it.

Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors and Angiotensin receptor blockers
Rasilez tablet 300 mg 7’s is not recommended for use along with Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors or Angiotensin receptor blockers in patients with diabetes mellitus due to the increased risk of severe side effects. These side effects may include severe hypotension, increased potassium levels, and worsening of renal disorders.

Angioedema
Rasilez tablet 300 mg 7’s is not recommended for use in patients with a known history of angioedema associated with Rasilez tablet 300 mg 7’s or hereditary angioedema due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.

Pregnancy
This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant women.

Breast-feeding
This medicine is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women unless absolutely necessary. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before taking this medicine. Your doctor may advise you to discontinue breastfeeding or to discontinue the drug based on your clinical condition.

Hypotension
This medicine may cause hypotension in patients with volume and salt depletion. Regular monitoring of blood pressure and electrolytes levels is recommended during treatment with this medicine. Appropriate dose adjustments may be necessary based on the clinical condition.

Hyperkalemia
This medicine may significantly increase the potassium levels in the blood (hyperkalemia). This may cause serious adverse effects. Report any unusual symptoms to the doctor immediately. Close monitoring of potassium levels and kidney function is recommended during treatment with this medicine. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be necessary based on the clinical condition of the patient.

Renal disease

Missed Dose
If a dose of Rasilez tablet 300 mg 7’s is missed, take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.

Seek emergency medical treatment or contact the doctor in case of an overdose.
General Instructions
Take Rasilez tablet 300 mg 7’s with or without food. Do not take in larger or smaller amounts than advised. Inform the doctor if you experience any undesirable side effects. Do not stop the use of this medicine without consulting your doctor.

What happens if I miss a dose of Rasilez tablet 300 mg 7’s?
Adults: 150 mg once daily. If necessary increase to 300 mg once daily. Children: Not recommended.
