what are the adverse effects of Rilen tablet 10 mg 3×10’s?

Nervousness, insomnia, headache, dizziness, dyskinesia, blurring of vision, cramps, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, tachycardia, palpitation, arrhythmia, changes in blood pressure, heart rate, rash, pruritus, urticaria, fever, arthralgia, moderately reduced weight gain and minor retardation of growth in stature may occur in children during prolonged therapy.

What happens if I miss a dose of Rilen tablet 10 mg 3×10’s?

Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD): Adults: 10-60 mg/day divided 2-3 doses. Discontinue if no response after 1 mth.
Narcolepsy: 10-60 mg (usually 20-30 mg) daily in divided doses before meals.
Children: Not recommended for children under 6 yr; doses over 60 mg daily not recommended.
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder: 4-6 yr: 2.5 mg twice daily increased if necessary at weekly intervals by 2.5 mg daily to max 1.4 mg/kg daily in 2-3 divided doses, discontinue if no response after 1 mth; 6-18 yr, initially 5 mg 1-2 times daily, increased if necessary at weekly intervals by 5-10 mg daily, max 60 mg daily (licensed) in 2-3 divided doses but may be increased to 2.1 mg/kg daily in 2-3 divided doses max 90 mg daily, discontinue if no response after 1 mth.
